Approach
This site hosts various courses (series) broken down into seperate episodes. The primary focus currently revolves around Human Resources (HR). Within this sector we have courses on discipline, dignity at work, grievance and how to have a difficult conversation to mention but a few. Each topic is handled in a variety of different of ways (scenarios). For example, raising a grievance at a junior level all the way up to senior management level. Scenarios also vary across industrial segment (sector). Issues within a tech startup will vary greatly from say a retail sales outlet. Therefore we have different series covering similar issues but which focus on an individual sector's challenges.
